In your second trimester? Now is the time to reach out, as I only take a limited amount of bookings per month. Although feel free to contact me even if you are earlier or later in your pregnancy.

First Pregnancy: If you are pregnant with one baby 29-33 weeks pregnant is ideal in terms of your comfort during the session and overall look.

Subsequent Pregnancies: Best between 28-31 weeks.

Multiple Babies: If you are pregnant with multiple babies, we will schedule your session in earlier, around 24-28 weeks, but this may change depending how your belly size is progressing.

Seven to 14 days is ideal for Newborn photography as the baby is generally sleepier and easier to pose. Happy to include newborns up to six weeks although please understand baby will be less sleepy and some poses will either be more difficult or simply not possible.

Please note it is not our style to perform any complicated or potentially risky newborn poses, instead we focus on beautiful staging and work with only what the baby, parents and photographer are comfortable with.

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our contact form on our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session. We require a $100 booking deposit to lock your booking in, the session fee is due the day of your photoshoot.

Booking Fee:  A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and cover my creative planning fee. Your session cost is a seperate fee due on the day of your photo session by bank transfer or cash, thank you in advance!

Yes Absolutely! Simply let us know and we can break photo session payments up into two or four payments leading up to your session date. Payment must be received in full by the session date so we can get to work on creating your beautiful images.

Sessions take place in my beautiful home studio in Caringbah South of The Sutherland Shire, Sydney NSW where I create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for you to feel confident and beautiful.

Enjoy a large lounge to relax on between sets, your favourite music playing via bluetooth, aircon/heating, refreshments and amenities. Full address of the studio will be sent on a confirmation email before the session.  

I have some very talented hair and makeup artists that are just 5 minutes drive from our studio that offer hair and makeup in the one place. These recommendation will be sent to you as part of your welcome email.

Yes definitely, partners and children can join in any collection of 10 images or more. If you have more than four immediate family members in total (including the pregnant woman), or would like to add in extended family members eg: Grandparents they can be added for $100 per person.

Children must be accompanied by another adult who is not being photographed for the duration of the shoot. This is to make sure they are happy and safe while you are having photos with your partner when they are not in the photos.

You're welcome to bring another friend or family member to help out.

Yes of course! Please note that this look from your home would be counted as one of the looks included in your package.

Unfortunately not. When booking with Caz Captures you are paying for the final outcome and experience. We don't pass on RAW or unedited files as they dont represent our artistic vision.

Yes, we respect your wishes to keep your images private just let us know in advance.

If you do decide to allow us to share your images we reward you with a free bonus image, fully edited in Caz Captures signature style as a thank you.

Yes of course, and you can still take advantage of the bonus free image edited in Caz Captures signature style, if you would like us to wait to share your images after baby is born. Simply let us know in advance.

Yes a premium printing service is available to clients of Caz Captures. Please select the PRINTING option from the INVESTMENT menu drop down. If there is something not listed you are after, please enquire for pricing. We would love to assist you for all your printing needs. Caz Captures offers the highest-quality of print to ensure the tangible display and enjoyment of your memories to cherish for lifetimes.

In order for us to deliver to the high standards that our clients choose us for, we do not price match.

If your session needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19 or another unforeseen event beyond our control, you will be offered the option to reschedule. The booking fee is non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, the booking fee will be forfeited. Please consider this before proceeding with your enquiry.

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including (but not limited to) early arrival of your baby. This fee covers our time, creative planning and administrative costs, and secures your session date and time, as we reserve this slot exclusively for you and do not accept other bookings for it.

If needed, with enough notice we're more than happy to move your booking to another date or swap for a Motherhood, Family or Personal Portrait session.

You will be sent a preparation guide that includes all the information you need prior to your session.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have already paid your booking fee, your package price and inclusions will not change from what you were emailed.

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process depends on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

You may choose from either a private ordering appointment for an extra fee OR your proof selection sheets are sent to you via email and is included as a part of every collection, to select your favourite images.

Image Selection Proof Sheets are due 2-3 weeks from your session date, and your finished fully edited images are due 2-3 weeks from the date you submit your image selection numbers.

Your images will be delivered to you via an email containing an online cloud link from where your images can be downloaded in full resolution. USB's are an additional $30.

Dont worry Caz will give you detailed instructions on how to pose for the most flattering portraits throughout your photo session. Everyone has their insecurities, however Caz is there to make sure you shine!
